The program develops the abilities of both beginning and highly experienced performers who are serious about the field and eager to work hard.
Our goal is to help you grow creatively through full-time, college-level theatre training under the direction of acclaimed professional performers and teachers.
The six-week program develops your performance skills and provides a behind-the-scenes view of theatre that combines music, drama and dance. You register for two three-credit courses, Drama (DRA) 100 Elements of Performance, and DRA 200 Basic Acting.
Classes aim to improve your command of your body, mind, and voice, so that combined they become the expressive instrument of an actor.
