Please submit your ID photo and activate your NetID.
- S.U. ID photo submission – current photo with name and SUID in email subject line to (firstname.lastname@example.org) by June 15, 2017
- Syracuse University NetID Activation (Students should not attempt to activate their NetID until 7 business days after receiving their admission letter.)
Please note that the online forms require both students and parents/guardians to sign the online documents, utilizing the computer mouse as if it were a writing instrument. Please do not simply type your name into the signature box. If your computer or device does not allow you to use a mouse to sign your name, please feel free to print the forms and sign with a pen and send in via email (email@example.com), fax (315-443-4410) or mail (700 University Ave, Syracuse NY 13210).

In order for a Summer College participant to receive assistance through Syracuse University Health Services (SUHS), the student must complete the SUHS Online Form.
You must first activate your NetID (username) using your SUID number before completing the health form.
Students have a set move-in date depending upon the program in which they are enrolled. Please visit your our admitted students page for the specific details.
Both residential and commuter students must check-in at the residence hall in order to receive their class schedule, SUID card, and other important information.
Arrival/Departure by Air
The Syracuse Hancock International Airport is the closest to Syracuse University and the only airport that we provide shuttle service for.
Arrival/Departure by Train or Bus
The William F. Walsh Regional Transportation Center is the train and bus station closest to Syracuse University and the only bus and train station that we provide shuttle service for.
MOVE-OUT/DEPARTURE FROM CAMPUS
Students may checkout of the residence hall following their final academic obligation on Friday. Students are required to be out of their room by 9am Saturday. Students with flights later in the day will be able to store their luggage in a secure space until departure which must be no later than 12p.m. Students must check out at the main desk of the residence hall and return their room key no later than 9am Saturday.
Early Arrival Requests
International students and those traveling from the west coast may submit a request to email@example.com to arrive early and move in the day before their specified move-in date. However, these students will not be given access to their room until 6PM on the Friday before their move-in date. Students will be notified via email whether their request has been approved, and should NOT book early arriving travel (or space on a Summer College shuttle) until written approval has been received.
Shuttles to and from campus will be provided on move-in day and on the last day of the program. Shuttles are free and will run approximately every 30 minutes during move-in times to and from Syracuse Hancock International Airport and Syracuse Regional Transportation Center (site for the local bus and train stations).

Please note that shuttles are only for Summer College student participants (not parents) and will run approximately every 15-45 minutes on scheduled arrival dates .
