Deposit and Payment Information
In order to secure your spot at Summer College, you must pay an initial deposit using our Summer College Payment Portal.
The deposit is due ONE WEEK after the acceptance letter has been received. For students admitted within 21 days of the program start date, payment is due within 24 hours of admission. A reminder will be sent via email or phone prior to the payment deadline. Accepted students are required to secure their space in their program of admission by submitting the appropriate deposit shortly after the acceptance letter has been received. Please refer to your acceptance letter for your specific deposit deadline. Please note that deposits are non-refundable.
- 2-Week Program Deposit Amount: $500 (per 2-week program)
- 3-Week Program Deposit Amount: $1000
- 4-Week Program Deposit Amount: $1500
- 6-Week Program Deposit Amount: $2000
Payment must be made in U.S. currency by check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover, or JCP. Applicants who plan to pay by check should allow time for check clearance.

If you are a sponsored student, you do not need to pay a deposit.
Full Payment Deadlines
For the 6-week and Session I programs, all fees must be paid in full by May 31, 2018. For program dates that start after July 2, all program fees must be paid in full three weeks prior to the start of the program.
Session I (July 2 start date) deadline: May 31, 2018
Session II (July 16 start date) deadline: June 25, 2018
Session III (July 30 start date) deadline: July 9, 2018

This refund policy applies to payments other than the initial deposit. The initial deposit is non-refundable.

The table above reflects the percentage of the amount already credited towards a student’s account that will be refunded once an official refund request has been submitted to our office. Requests may be made by submitting an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. No refunds will be given to students dismissed from the program. Room and board refunds provided during the program are pro-rated based upon extenuating circumstances and are determined by the Executive Director of Summer College.
