- Enroll in two 2-week programs and receive a 15% discount on tuition and program fees
- Enroll in three 2-week programs and receive a 20% discount on tuition and program fees
Please note that multi-program discounts are only available on tuition and program fees, and not for room, board, activity, or studio/lab fees. If you require an itemized breakdown of the respective costs for your program, please contact our office.
SU Employee Discount:
Syracuse University employee dependents are eligible for a 10% discount on their tuition and program fees. This discount is for the dependents of full time, benefits-eligible SU employees only. Please note that employee discounts are only available on tuition and program fees, and not for room, board, activity, or studio/lab fees. If you require an itemized breakdown of the respective costs for your program, please contact our office. This discount has no association with the general dependent tuition options offered by SU and is offered independently by Summer College.
SU Legacy Discount:
In working with the Office of Alumni Relations, we are now able to offer a 10% discount on student’s tuition and program fees to admitted students who are legacies (parents, grandparents, or great grandparents attended SU) or have siblings currently enrolled at the University. Applicants will be instructed to provide the necessary information as part of the online application. Please note that alumni discounts are only available on tuition and program fees, and not for room, board, activity, or studio/lab fees. If you require an itemized breakdown of the respective costs for your program, please contact our office.
*The above discounts cannot be applied or combined with each other.
Summer College does offer need-based aid for admitted students. Aid is only available to domestic students, and is provided on a first-come, first-serve basis as funds are limited. In order to be considered, students must submit their family’s most recent tax returns with their application. Our need-based aid is designed to assist families whose adjusted gross income is $75,000 or less. Each application is evaluated independently and extenuating circumstances may be considered in awarding aid.
*Scholarships cannot be combined with multi-program, employee, or alumni discounts. If a student is eligible for multiple forms of aid, then s/he will be deemed eligible for the singular form of financial assistance providing the greatest benefit to the student.
All awards are need-based. The following is a guideline of the maximum potential award. Awards may be in any amount up to these caps based on program length.
- 6 week program: $2,500
- 4 week program: $1,500
- 3 week program: $1,000
- 2 week program: $500
