Summer College Rates
Program costs vary based on credit hour and duration. Please refer to your program’s individual program page for pricing. Please note that alumni, employee, or multi-program discounts are only available on tuition and program fees, and not for activity fees, or room and board fees. Rates for residential students are all-inclusive and include the following:
- Tuition (for credit-bearing programs)
- Program fees
- Room (in an SU residence hall)
- 19 meals per week for residential students
- Rates for commuter students include five lunches per week
- Studio/lab fees for all programs
- Activity Fee
*Our rates also include the cost to attend Summer College field trips, residence life activities, movie nights, and admission to various parks that may include Darien Lake, Howe Caverns, Niagara Falls/Maid of the Mist, or other activities. Please note that when applying, there is a $60 application fee that is non-refundable and covers the cost of application processing.
2020 Program Costs
Program rates are subject to change and will be approved by the board of trustees in March 2020.
Course Materials & Additional Expenses
Textbooks, and course-related materials, and personal expenses (including travel to and from the university) are not included in the total cost and are the responsibility of each student. Students in 6-week programs should expect to spend $150 per course for books and materials.
